It was easy to get started with and their customer service is unmatched. I always get my questions addressed within 24 hours by a human being. I also like the UI of the ERP and timekeeping system. It’s also a plus that timekipping system has a mobile app.
Some of the accounting modules have many manual steps especially if edit need to be made but this could also be related to meeting DCAA compliance so i also understand the need.
Excellent company to work with, very customer-focused, and the product benefit matches the cost.
