Helpful articles are also suggested while typing in your searches to find you even more content.
Submit and track your support tickets through our intuitive interface.
If there has previously been questions or tickets on a subject we add them to the system to help our clients so you don't have to go through the ticket process

If you have the permissions you will also be able to see your company's tickets in one easy to read dashboard.
HelpDsk reports help you keep on top of your support hours spent.
With our Hours Spent report lets you see the hours each employee uses from your support package. You can also see the hours for your whole company.
For administrators we also have the Transaction report so you can see your billing history
