ERPGov Cloud is now we have made this change to help grow our product line and better serve you our customers. The ERP product will remain the same only the name has changed.
We have however made some updates:
Enhanced Security You are now able to require all Accounting Users to present a multi-factor authentication to login to your Wrkplan company account. After users enter their Username and Password, they will also need to enter a one-time, temporary code which ERP will send to the user’s stored email or cell phone. This adds another level of assurance that only authorized users can access your company’s accounting records. Find more info about this here
ENHANCED TIMESHEET COMPLIANCE To more strictly enforce timesheet maintenance, you can now set your timesheet portal to prohibit edits to a day after XX hours. If selected, the employee will be forced to use an on-screen button to send a message to his/her supervisor requesting the date be unlocked and the reason. This exchange is documented in addition to the required timesheet explanation.
NEW/ IMPROVED REPORTS:
IMPROVED EMPLOYEE MASS ASSIGNMENT Under Payroll, Masters, Employee Mass Assignment, you can select a new task, define the cost type and period of performance, then select employees and assign their labor categories. Or if you are assigning labor categories for a new option year, you can select and existing Task and add the new assignments beneath the list of existing assignments.
Coming soon: ACH GENERATION After setting up an account with Forte.net (an automated clearing house service) you will be able to send and record ACH payments to vendors directly from Wrkplan. Details coming in February.
Under the HelpDsk button in Wrkplan you can find feature users have been asking for. Here you can find answers to your questions in our Help Center where frequent questions are answered and how-to examples are shown. If you can't find the answers to your questions there is an area for ticket requests as well as for feature requests and where you can also request a quote for any custom development features.

As of February 1, 2019 all existing customers will have need to use this system for any help tickets, questions or comments. To start out with you will all be given 2 FREE support hours that you will need to redeem. (click here for how to redeem) When a request is submitted, the time required to resolve the issue will be tracked and – if not caused by a system error – will be charged to your account. When the service balance is exhausted, the user can use the Service Portal’s payment gateway to purchase 5 or 10 additional support hours.
